Which carriers are supported?
USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and a long tail through Shippo and EasyPost on the backend. Pick your provider in settings; we do the rest.
Do I need my own Shippo or EasyPost account?
You bring your own. We connect to it; your negotiated rates apply; we never see the carrier money flow.
How are tracking events received?
Carrier webhooks land on a Supabase Edge Function, verified by signature, and written to the order timeline. No polling, no delay.
Can I print labels offline?
Labels are generated as PDFs; print to any printer connected to the operator's machine. We support Zebra and standard sheet printers.
What about international shipments?
Customs declarations are captured per shipment and submitted via the carrier API. EU and CA work today; for other destinations the form may need a manual review.
Can I refund a label?
Yes, within the carrier's refund window. One click on the shipment; the refund posts to the carrier; the credit shows on your invoice.
