Modules · Tasks · Coming soon

The work, where the work lives.

Kanban tasks on every record. Recurring SOPs. Assignments and due dates that hold.

This module is on the roadmap · estimated availability Q2 2027. Vote on the request board to nudge the priority, or talk to us about an early-access slot.

Tasks attaches a Kanban-style to-do surface to every record in the platform -- client, wholesaler, vendor, order, PO. Build recurring SOPs (daily QA checks, weekly inventory counts, monthly compliance reviews). Assign to operators or roles. Surface what is due, what is overdue, and what is blocking the next step. It is the bridge between the-system-tells-me-what-to-do-next and I-have-a-sticky-note-on-my-monitor. Audit-logged completion; per-store membership respected; the same notification stack the rest of the platform uses.

Tasks on every record
Open a client, wholesaler, vendor, order, or PO -- the task drawer is right there with the work pending on it.
Recurring SOPs
Daily, weekly, monthly -- assigned to operators or roles. Closed tasks reopen on the next cadence automatically.
Due dates that hold
Overdue tasks float to the top of the operator's queue with a clay marker. SLA timers per task type.
Audit on completion
Who, when, with what comment. Exportable for compliance reviews.
Operator workload view
See every task assigned to every operator across every store. Rebalance before someone burns out.
Compounding pharmacist
Daily QA round
Recurring SOP at 9am: temperature check, balance calibration, hood sterility log. Tasks surface the list; completion timestamps land on the audit chain; review-ready without a clipboard.
Owner
Onboarding playbook
New wholesaler created -> a 6-task onboarding playbook fires (tax ID verify, resale cert file, credit reference, intro call, first-order incentive, 30-day check-in). Assigned to the account manager; visible to the owner.
Is this a separate to-do app?
No. Tasks live on the records they belong to. No second app to babysit.
Can tasks trigger other modules?
Yes. Closing a task can fire an event the rest of the platform reacts to (send a templated email, advance an order stage).
Does it integrate with Slack / email?
Notifications via the same stack the rest of the platform uses. Slack is on the roadmap.
Add tasks the day you need it.
