What about PHI in SMS?
Disabled per-org by default; you can flip on PHI-in-SMS if your compliance posture supports it. The flag is auditable.
Can I use WhatsApp?
Yes, where Twilio supports it. You need a verified WhatsApp Business sender on your Twilio account; we wire it into the same inbox.
